Global Midwest Alliance, the Association for Manufacturing Technology, Cendrowski Corporate Advisors, TMA and host, Wintrust Financial Corporation, invite you to the second program in the Alliance's 2016 Innovation, Growth and Globalization Industry-Focused Series. Throughout the year, this series of programs will highlight industry expertise, innovation and technology, and globalization opportunities in growing industries.

By the year 2020, 75% of businesses will be a digital business or will be preparing to become one.

Much of the recent gain in productivity is due to the advancement of automation along with information gathering and analysis on the factory floor. This is true whether your business is machining aerospace components or blending ingredients for food products. It is all manufacturing...processing one or more materials into a product of altered or different form.

The adoption and implementation of these technologies will only become more necessary as the demand for faster and more efficient processing increases. A growing number of applications, affordability and ease of use are rapidly making these technologies the norm. Businesses at all levels will have to adapt in order to compete.

But where does one begin? What are the proven technology offerings? What are the resources to determine what is best for your business? What should be automated and/or connected? Where are the barriers and why is it worth the battle to overcome them?

Please join us at the Wintrust Financial Corporation's headquarters in Rosemont as Global Midwest Alliance and the Association for Manufacturing Technology partner with industry leaders to discuss The Digital Factory and Automation: Where Do We Begin?

This program will consist of a keynote presentation and two moderator-led panels. The innovation and technology panel will provide insight to new and proven technologies from the companies that develop them.

In the growth and globalization panel, we will hear from manufacturing and processing industries that have adopted and implemented these technologies to their competitive advantage.

Seats are limited. Please register on or before October 17, 2016.
